• Agents: Agency name, license number, years of experience, specialization areas, service areas, website, professional bio

When you submit a property listing, we collect property details including title, description, price, location, property type, features, amenities, images, and documents.

2.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about your interaction with our platform including property views, saved properties, search queries, performance analytics, and device information.

2.4 Mobile Application and Push Notifications

IBEXMONT provides a mobile application for referral partners and advisors. If you enable notifications, we collect a device push token (a unique identifier issued by the Apple Push Notification service or Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) and associate it with your account so we can send you transactional notifications about your account, leads, and transactions. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings, and the app remains fully usable without them. We use the token only to deliver these notifications, never for advertising or tracking, and we remove it when you log out, uninstall the app, or delete your account.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your user account
• To verify your email address and authenticate your identity
• To display and manage property listings
• To provide personalized property recommendations

Upon registration, we send a verification email to confirm your email address. The verification link is valid for 24 hours. You must verify your email before accessing your account. Unverified accounts cannot log in to the platform.

• Property Listings: When you list a property, your contact information may be visible to interested buyers and renters
• Agent Profiles: Agent information including agency name, experience, and specialization is publicly visible
• Service Providers: We share limited data with trusted third-party service providers who process it on our behalf, including Expo and the Apple Push Notification service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (to deliver push notifications to your device), and our hosting provider. Firebase is used solely for push notification delivery; Google Analytics for Firebase is not enabled. These providers may only use the data to perform services for us.
